| Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail/ Parcelforce for shipping, who normally deliver within 7 days to addresses in the United Kingdom but delays outwith our control do happen (e.g. industrial action) so please allow up to 21 days for delivery (35 days worldwide). The amount charged for shipping includes packaging costs, and 1st class or standard Parcelforce delivery within the United Kingdom. If delivery is required within a specified timescale, please contact us separately as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery times. We are able to despatch items by "signed for" and time sensitive methods upon payment of the appropriate extra fee. |
