Postage & packing costs will be added to orders. These charges are shown on the other pages in this section. They have been taken from the appropropriate Royal Mail and Parcelforce price guides. Please remember to allow for the weight of packaging if you need to calculate carriage costs. As a general rule, orders up to 4kgs allow 350 grammes, for orders above 4 kgs allow 500 grammes for the packaging. For orders under 1000 grammes, please add the weight of each product and add 25% weight for the packaging. Please note we are not responsible for any customs duties which may be payable on import of goods into countries outside the EU. All orders are sent be Airmail (International Standard parcel or "Small Packet" as appropriate). The delivery time guide as specified by Royal Mail is as follows: For packets up to 2 kgs: Europe - 4 business days after posting Rest of World - 5 business days after posting. For Parcels (2kgs +): Europe - up to 8 business days after posting North America - up to 7 business days after posting Hong Kong - up to 7 business days after posting Australia/new Zealand - up to 7 business days after posting Rest of World - up to 15 days after posting. These times may be lengthened by delivery to outlying areas. Things do occur outwith our control (ie industrial action), so please allow up to 14 days (UK) and up to 28 (rest of world) for delivery. We are unable to make enquiries in respect of undelivered parcels for 5 weeks after posting. |

We use Parcelforce/Royal Mail for shipping within the UK. We aim to despatch items within 2 business days of order, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery to allow for circumstances outside our control. |
