We do not publish a mail order list or catalogue. If a printed list is required we have details of Stone cabochons, tumble polished stones, rough rock and beads available on Excel spreadsheets. Please send an e mail if you would like a copy of any or all of these.

During 2008 we shall be exhibiting at the following Gem & Mineral Shows: 14/15 June - Newcastle Racecourse, 23/24 August - Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate, 11/12 October Bakewell, Lady Manners School, 25/26 October Kempton Park Racecourse, 9 November Warrington Grappenhall Community Centre.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Please note- if the description shows in its title "one only" or "one lot only" then the photograph shows the item(s) you will receive. If the description does not show these words in the title - the photograph is intended to illustrate the item type, as stones are not man made- their colours/patternings vary, the goods received will not necessarily be identical to the photograph.

Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail/ Parcelforce for shipping, who normally deliver within 7 days to addresses in the United Kingdom but delays outwith our control do happen (e.g. industrial action) so please allow up to 14 days for delivery (28 days worldwide). The amount charged for shipping includes packaging costs, and 1st class or standard Parcelforce delivery within the United Kingdom. If delivery is required within a specified timescale, please contact us separately as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery times.

We are able to despatch items by "signed for" and time sensitve methods upon payment of the appropriate extra fee.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We use Worldpay (a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland) to process credit and debit card payments.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the goods you receive please advise within 14 days that you are returning them to us for a refund to be made.
